Compliance officer

Give procurement the accessibility evidence they keep asking for.

You need something you can hand over, with a name on it and a date on it. Start with an assessment of what you can evidence today and what is still open.

Request a readiness assessment

You answer seven short questions. We reply within one business day with what we can evidence from your current sites and documents, and what we cannot yet.

What you get back

  • A VPAT draft for each edition you are asked for, reviewed by an expert before it leaves us.
  • A record of what was tested, how it was tested, and on what date, so a reviewer can check our work.
  • A written list of what we could not evidence yet, instead of a quiet pass.

Compliance

Compliance officers buy the Compliance plan: $499 per month, billed annually, with an expert review on every deliverable and a renewal each year.

What we can back up

  • We generate a VPAT draft and an expert reviews it before it goes out. We label it as a reviewed draft rather than an audit result, because that is what it is.

  • DOJ's Title II web rule requires WCAG 2.1 AA by April 26, 2027 for public entities with populations of 50,000 or more, and April 26, 2028 for smaller entities and special districts, across web content, mobile apps and documents, subject to a defined exception structure.

  • The rule itself says: "Advanced technology, such as generative AI, does not yet reliably automate the remediation of inaccessible content at scale." (DOJ Title II interim final rule, April 2026, page 20907.) Every deliverable we attest carries a person's review for exactly that reason.
